Responsibility
- Manage daily retail operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock products, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor product expiration dates and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in promotional activities, sales events, and product displays.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
