Responsibility
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Monitor and control operational costs within the allocated budget while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Retail or F&B Management role, preferably in a high-traffic outlet.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, POS systems, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
