Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting room support, and checkout processes.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring visual standards align with MANGO’s brand identity.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and tagging new shipments.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal collections to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, including loss prevention, safety protocols, and dress code standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a passion for fashion and retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 10 kg).
