Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations under the guidance of team leaders and managers
- Prepare and serve Burger King menu items according to company standards and food safety protocols
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests in-store and at drive-thru stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage areas
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with accuracy while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop restaurant operations knowledge
- Support special events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed hospitality, business, or related studies (preferred but not required)
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to interact with international customers
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems and inventory management
