Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while enhancing the customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability and minimize shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a customer-facing role within the wellness, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
