Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a customer-facing role within the wellness, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
