Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, greeting clients warmly and assisting them with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to offer expert recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and regular audits.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (beauty/wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Residence in Bali or willingness to relocate (work permit assistance may be provided for eligible candidates).
