Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locations, and purchases
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized store shelves and displays
- Stock merchandise and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Assist in opening/closing store procedures
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (additional local languages a plus)
