Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, educating clients on the benefits of eco-friendly products and guiding them toward sustainable choices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout to enhance the shopping experience and highlight key products.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sustainability practices to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (eco-friendly or sustainable products industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory and operational tasks.
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in promoting eco-friendly lifestyles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
