Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelf stocking and product displays
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling new merchandise
- Monitor product availability and report low stock levels to management
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math and cash handling skills
