Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases

- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor product freshness and rotation, especially for perishable items
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
