Responsibility
- Provide first-line IT application support for retail business systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business applications, escalating complex problems to senior IT teams as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize business reports to support data-driven decision-making for retail operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, finance, and supply chain, to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of new or updated business applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions in retail services.
- Train end-users on business applications, ensuring they are equipped to utilize systems effectively.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT application support, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in business applications such as ERP, POS, or retail management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with report development tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
