Responsibility
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Support the development of process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for digital innovation.
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis to support data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new software tools or systems to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, UML) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau) or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, IT, or consulting is advantageous.
