Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network infrastructures.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy network solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical network issues outside of business hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent, are a plus.
