Responsibility
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network systems.
- Assist in logistics-related IT systems, ensuring smooth data flow and inventory management.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system updates to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and improve IT processes.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Technician, Network Support, or Desktop Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN configurations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali with a valid work permit (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are advantageous.
