Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and project plans.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices for IT usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.
