Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize SD-WAN solutions for enterprise clients.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
- Document network configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical network issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on SD-WAN.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VPN, QoS).
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, SD-WAN) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
