Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define process requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes, including workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
- Test and debug RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on RPA tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all RPA implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in RPA tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with process analysis, workflow design, and business process re-engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
