Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily selling operations to ensure smooth store functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement category management strategies to boost profitability and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and retail regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to execute promotions and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, sales supervision, or store operations.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics tools.
