Responsibility
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a department store or large retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail industry.
