Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive revenue growth through strategic merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality shopping experience for all customers.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to management.
- Health & Safety: Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints and team disputes professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in retail supervision or management, preferably in convenience stores or FMCG.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
