Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, purchases, and troubleshooting.
- Promote CelcomDigi’s latest mobile devices, plans, and digital services to meet sales targets.
- Ensure retail store operations run smoothly, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers in a clear, engaging manner.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and CelcomDigi’s latest promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices, networks, and digital services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products.
