Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fashion needs in shoes, bags, and accessories
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of materials, styles, and brand stories to enhance customer shopping experiences
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create attractive and organized store displays
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized styling recommendations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, shoes, bags, or accessories
- Passion for fashion and lifestyle products with a keen eye for style and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous
