Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors in Bali.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery or inventory issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Track sales performance and report key metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize order delivery schedules.
- Promote TBS Food products and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Follow company policies and procedures for order management and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorās degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using order management software or CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a contract-based role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
