Responsibility
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned retail locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required
