Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product and sales training programs for retail store staff, focusing on consumer electronics (3C industry).
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources, aligned with company goals.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, role-playing sessions, and on-the-job coaching to enhance staff confidence and competence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content and methods as needed to improve results.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure training aligns with sales targets, promotions, and new product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep training content relevant and cutting-edge.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to retail staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales training, retail management, or a similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of 3C products (computers, communications, and consumer electronics) and retail sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable improvements in performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and digital training tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations in Bali as required.
