Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales assistants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Train and mentor sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
