Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, fitting, and styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Max Fashionsâ product lines, promotions, and brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
