Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for timely replenishments
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local retail regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in toys or children's products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
