Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability across assigned stores.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and drive sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
