Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the luxury consumer products segment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalations and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and brand campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and luxury retail trends.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic sales analytics.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
