Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure product availability.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic retail software.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with hardware, home improvement, or DIY products is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
