Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Conduct regular team training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize staffing and operational efficiency.
- Drive promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
