Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays and drive customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in sports apparel or fashion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic cash handling.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or fashion with a keen interest in the latest trends and products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or business is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
