Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints.
- Travel across assigned locations in Bali to support store teams and implement sales strategies.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations in Bali.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
