Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Xtepâs product range, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-up to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to team goals and store success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a passion for sports and fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong sales acumen, with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
