Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including space utilization, cleanliness, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement space planning strategies to optimize workflow and accommodate business growth in e-commerce logistics.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships for services such as cleaning, security, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related needs, including IT, HR, and operations.
- Monitor and control facility budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and crisis response protocols.
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce the facility’s environmental footprint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local Indonesian standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and external vendors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
