Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking optical products and services
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct basic eye measurements and frame adjustments
- Maintain store appearance and product displays according to company standards
- Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations
- Educate customers about lens options, coatings, and eye care products
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion and eyewear trends
