Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Drive sales by promoting company products and negotiating favorable terms with retail customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product placement and sales.
- Provide training and guidance to retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned retail accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to visit retail partners.
