Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultation to customers, understanding their design preferences and recommending suitable Artique Objectz pieces
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable store presentation according to visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed to highlight their artisanal quality
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and coordinate with warehouse teams for replenishment
- Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and loyalty program enrollment
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship techniques, and designer collaborations
- Assist in store events, product launches, and VIP client appointments as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, home decor, or fashion
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by retail operations
- Passion for design, art, or home decor with an eye for aesthetics
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or design is advantageous
