Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on products, tailoring suggestions to meet individual customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and other retail tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new products and features.
- Basic math and cash handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for service excellence.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
