Responsibility
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on computer hardware, software, and accessories.
- Build and configure custom PCs based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and manage inventory accurately.
- Assist in store merchandising, including product displays and pricing updates.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in IT or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a tech or electronics environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
