Responsibility
- Conduct in-store and outdoor product sampling to introduce customers to Rich brand products (e.g., cakes, pasta, desserts).
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, explaining product benefits and usage.
- Prepare and present food samples in an appealing and hygienic way.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
- Maintain a clean and organized sampling station, adhering to food safety standards.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, coupons, or brochures.
- Track daily sampling activities, including the number of interactions and conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers.
- Passionate about food, cooking, or customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat, presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or hospitality is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
