Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service at fuel stations and convenience stores, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
- Process transactions accurately, including fuel sales, retail purchases, and loyalty program enrollments.
- Promote SeaOil’s products, services, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, safety protocols, and service best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in fuel stations, convenience stores, or similar environments).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Passion for sales and a drive to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
