As a motorized field sales executive, you will be the face of our brand, conducting regular visits to retail outlets, ecerans, and local stores to ensure product availability, execute promotional campaigns, and achieve sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
This contract-based position is ideal for energetic, target-driven professionals with a passion for sales and customer engagement. With a competitive salary range of IDR 3.3M – 4.0M/month, plus performance incentives, this role offers both financial rewards and career growth in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibility
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets, ecerans, and local stores in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) using a motorized vehicle.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting Wismilak products through direct engagement with store owners and consumers.
- Monitor product stock levels, ensure proper merchandising, and report inventory needs to the sales team.
- Execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and trade marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to secure shelf space and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to support strategic decisions.
- Submit accurate daily/weekly reports on sales performance, outlet visits, and promotional activities via digital tools.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG distribution (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficient in using mobile sales apps or CRM tools for reporting.
- Physically fit to handle fieldwork under varying weather conditions.
