Join Wismilak as a Retail Sales Representative and become a key driver of our field sales and promotion initiatives across Bali’s most dynamic retail markets. As part of our Sales Task Force, you will conduct regular visits to retail outlets, ensuring product availability, executing in-store promotions, and achieving sales targets. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences in high-traffic areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets (traditional and modern trade) to monitor product stock levels and ensure optimal display.
- Execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers and staff, to secure prime shelf space and promotional support.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales team.
- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials (e.g., posters, banners, leaflets) to support brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, merchandising standards, and promotional guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Wismilak products.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and retail partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its retail landscape is an advantage.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (SIM C license) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for sales reporting (training will be provided).
