Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote products and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure seamless in-store promotions and merchandising.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to enhance brand reputation.
- Set up and manage promotional booths or displays in assigned locations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customer groups.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for promotional assignments.
