Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell smartphones, tablets, and accessories to customers in assigned retail locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of all mobile devices, features, and accessories in the store
- Create attractive product displays and ensure store presentation meets company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Participate in regular sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Generate daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree is a plus)
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong passion for technology and mobile devices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by retail operations
- Previous experience in Bali's retail market is advantageous
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
