Responsibility
- Conduct live product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of Whirlpool appliances, creating memorable customer experiences.
- Engage with customers in retail stores, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Whirlpool’s product portfolio, including specifications, promotions, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to inform product and service improvements.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and trade shows to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Passionate about achieving sales targets and comfortable working in a commission-based or KPI-driven environment.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications and selling points.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
