Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell retail products to customers in assigned premium locations across Bali
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to drive sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on brand promotions and offers
- Create engaging product displays and ensure retail spaces are well-organized and inviting
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with store management and team members to optimize sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required by retail schedules
- Familiarity with Bali's retail sector and customer demographics is a plus
