Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys across assigned retail outlets (warungs, minimarkets, convenience stores) in Bali’s key districts.
- Collect and verify data on product distribution, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Map retail landscapes, identifying high-potential locations for product expansion.
- Engage with store owners and managers to gather qualitative insights on consumer behavior and preferences.
- Document findings using digital tools and submit structured reports to the regional team.
- Monitor inventory levels and shelf visibility of designated tobacco products.
- Assist in analyzing survey data to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide actionable recommendations for improving market penetration.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in field surveys, retail audits, or market research preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection apps or basic spreadsheet software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Own transportation (motorcycle) and valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting retail trends and discrepancies.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail environment is an advantage.
